In progress...

Here are just a few of my black and white 120 diptychs. The list is getting longer and longer, and will continue to do so. I am still in the process of editing/touching-up these. Also, I am going through all my 120 negatives to see if I can't find some more possible diptychs buried in there.

I watched this awesome South Korean film, Old Boy, yesterday in my Asian cinema class, and afterwards I watched Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown which I enjoyed quite a bit.

Mobile Photos...

The strange mushrooms on my pizza from O.I.P. that I could not bring myself to eat. They looked liked they were rubber and they definitely came from a can.

Mullen and I took a ride in the monstrous truck formerly known as The Big Red Machine that has now been painted white. You feel 10 feet higher than every other vehicle on the road when you are in that truck.

My first polaroids...

These are the first polaroids I have ever taken (I could be the last person on the planet to do so). They scanned terribly, but this scanner is junk anyway. If I ever take any more polaroids I would like to use a camera that has some sort of manual functions, however minimal they may be. I don't like not being able to accurately frame a shot before I take it.

I am going to go read- probably a lot more than I really want to. Too bad my text books aren't on this site of free classic audio books.

Go take pictures

(Gage.)

I like watching movies.

Last night I watched;
There Will Be Blood (Amazing)
The Assassination of Jesse James (So good)
Into the Wild (Still good)

Tonight I'm watching;
8 1/2
Me and You and Everyone We Know

NO CLASS

"poles" (in progress...)

So I have a week off from school, and that means time to get things done. All I need now is sun. I have cameras and more than enough film:

Yashica(TLR/120mm)
Kodak Brownie (P&S/120mm)
Omega D (View/4x5")
Nikon D70s (SLR/Digital)
Polaroid (P&S/600)

"The lights are on."
"Is anyone home?"

An accurate representation of the current weather...
An accurate representation of the current climate...

Critiques drive me crazy. Class discussions drives me crazy.

It goes in one ear and out the other.

Look Around You

A few too many clouds to see the eclipse, but I still like the way this shot turned out. It's time for a critique so I'll make this quick.

I love the BBC. Watch this video and all the other clips.
